Improvement in product output using Polyvenoharp mesh

In April 2018 one of the largest steel plant of india had approached Ashar Locker to help in improving product quality of their new development .They were recycling LD slag (which is a byproduct from blast furnace) . After crushing the LD slag, they were screening it through wiremesh & due to frequent chocking issue they were not getting proper size material in the output.

Enhancement of product quality has been achieved through the implementation of Ashar Locker ULTRA-FLEX Poly Ripple Screens

One of the prominent aggregatemanufacturers in Maharashtra sought the expertise of Ashar Locker to addressthe issue of clogging/choking at the bottom deck of their site. The sitefeatured two screen plants from Sandvik and Akashganga OEM, both utilizing wiremesh screens. Clogging of the wire mesh screens posed a challenge for thecustomer in achieving their production targets.
