Increment of operating life of screening media by 9 times by using Ashar Locker cross tension rubber media

Ashar Locker site person visited the site & took the measurement of screen machine, details of feed size, feed  tph & understood the requirement  of customer.

Considering feed material characteristics, height of fall & maximum feed size Ashar Locker suggested to try  rubber cross tension media of 35 mm thickness / 45 mm opening instead of wiremesh media .

Advantage of “cross tension rubber” media :

1. One to One replacement against wiremesh screen media
2. No extra medication needed in screen deck.
3. Easy replacement.

Ashar Locker delivered the rubber mesh at site within 2 months & meshes were installed on 2^nd week of Feb 2023 under the guidance of Ashar Locker technical expert.

These rubbermesh were finally replaced in the month of Aug 2023 after completing 1892 running hours.

Customer was very satisfied with the output of rubber mesh & decided to switch to Ashar Locker rubber media for their 3 other site . Today they have 8 screen plants in 3 different iron ore sites, where they use Ashar Locker rubber mesh.
