Challenges of clogging and pegging have been successfully addressed through the utilization of Ashar Locker's Anti-Clogging Screens.

An Ashar Locker representative conducted athorough assessment of the plant upon visiting. Following a detailed analysisof the situation and understanding the client's requirements, they recommendedthe adoption of Poly Ripple Screen (PRS) cloth as a solution to replace theproblematic Woven Wire Mesh. Taking precise measurements from the Vibratingscreen, a PRS with a 2.8mm aperture was proposed. Upon confirmation, the PRSorder was placed, and Ashar Locker ensured timely delivery by mid-December 2021.The installation of the PRS took place the following day under the supervisionof Ashar Locker's engineer.
